El reto: 7 días, 7 aperturas gratis, 20 minutos cada noche
Las reglas son tres y no cambian: UNA apertura gratuita por día (la lista está abajo, en orden de temperatura), veinte minutos por sentada, y la última página de la Parte 1 como meta. No hay registro, no hay app, no hay premio material — el premio es la costumbre: siete días seguidos terminando una historia convierten "leer más" de propósito en hábito terminado. Si un día se cae, el reto no se reinicia: se continúa — la regla anti-culpa es parte del diseño.
